What is the return policy?
Returns & Store Credit
We understand that sometimes a piece may not fit or feel exactly as you expected. As a small, independent jewelry business, we carefully source each piece specifically for our customers, with many items being made-to-order, and do not maintain traditional inventory. For this reason, Sweet Mia Jewels accepts returns for store credit only on eligible full-price purchases.
Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 10 business days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in the exact condition in which they were received, including all original packaging and accompanying materials.
To initiate a return, please email us at sweetmia@sweetmiajewels.com. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label.
Once your return is received, each item will be carefully inspected. If approved, you will receive store credit for the purchase price of the returned item, less the shipping charges. Sweet Mia Jewels reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. Store credit is issued after the returned item has been received and approved.
Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued and may be applied toward a future purchase from Sweet Mia Jewels. Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for any item that has been worn, damaged, altered, resized, engraved, or otherwise changed from its original condition.
Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, special-order, or otherwise altered pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit.
Because our pieces are sourced and made-to-order specifically for each customer, availability and fulfillment times may vary. If you have any questions about sizing, availability, or whether a piece will be right for you, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order. We are always happy to assist.
Processing Your Return
Please allow a short processing period after your return has been received and inspected for your store credit to be issued. You will receive confirmation by email once your return has been approved and your store credit has been created.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes; custom, personalized, engraved, resized, or otherwise altered items are final sale and ineligible for return. For return requirements, please see our Return Policy above.
When will I get my order?
Our collection is intentionally limited, and we do not maintain traditional inventory. Each piece is carefully sourced and ordered specifically for you, which means that all jewelry is considered made-to-order and requires lead time.
We make every effort to have the pieces featured on our website available to ship within three to six weeks of your order, depending on the item. Because each piece is made-to-order, availability and lead times may occasionally vary.
If the piece or size you have selected is not currently available, we are happy to special order it for you. Special orders may require additional time to fulfill, and we will provide an estimated lead time at the time of your order.
If you have a specific date by which you need your jewelry, please contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to confirm current availability and provide an estimated timeline so that we can help ensure your piece arrives when needed.
Please note that estimated lead times are provided in good faith and may vary based on sourcing, production, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer fully insured shipping via FedEx for all online orders shipping to addresses within the United States. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable. Our available rates are:
- Expedited Delivery (typically delivered within 3-4 days after shipment): $25.00
- Express Delivery (typically delivered within 2-3 days after shipment): $35.00
- Next Business Day (typically delivered within 1 day after shipment): $55.00
