What is the return policy?
We understand that sometimes an item may not fit or feel exactly as you expected. Sweet Mia Jewels accepts returns on full-price orders within 10 business days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn, undamaged, and in the exact condition in which they were received, including all original packaging and accompanying materials.
To initiate a return, please email us at sweetmia@sweetmiajewels.com. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label.
Once we receive your return, each item will be carefully inspected. Upon approval, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping charges.
We cannot accept returns for any item that has been worn, damaged, altered, resized, engraved, or otherwise changed from its original condition.
Please allow a short processing period after your return has been received and inspected for your refund to be issued. Once processed, your financial institution may require additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
Please note: Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, or otherwise altered items are final sale and ineligible for return.

When will I get my order?
We make every effort to have the pieces featured on our website available to ship within one week of your order. Because each piece is carefully sourced and our collection is intentionally limited, availability may occasionally vary.
If the piece or size you have selected is currently out of stock, we are happy to special order it for you. Special orders may require additional time to fulfill, and we will provide an estimated lead time at the time of your order.
If you have a specific date by which you need your jewelry, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to assist with availability and timing.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer fully insured shipping via FedEx for all online orders shipping to addresses within the United States. Our available rates are:
- Expedited Delivery (typically delivered within 3-4 days after shipment): $20.00
- Express Delivery (typically delivered within 2-3 days after shipment): $35.00
- Next Business Day (typically delivered within 1 day after shipment): $55.00
