Shipping policy
Our collection is intentionally limited, and we do not maintain traditional inventory. Each piece is carefully sourced and ordered specifically for you, which means that all jewelry is considered made-to-order and requires lead time.
We make every effort to have the pieces featured on our website available to ship within three to six weeks of your order, depending on the item. Because each piece is made-to-order, availability and lead times may occasionally vary.
If the piece or size you have selected is not currently available, we are happy to special order it for you. Special orders may require additional time to fulfill, and we will provide an estimated lead time at the time of your order.
If you have a specific date by which you need your jewelry, please contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to confirm current availability and provide an estimated timeline so that we can help ensure your piece arrives when needed.
Please note that estimated lead times are provided in good faith and may vary based on sourcing, production, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
We offer fully insured shipping via FedEx for all online orders shipping to addresses within the United States. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable. Our available rates are:
- Expedited Delivery (typically delivered within 3-4 days after shipment): $25.00
- Express Delivery (typically delivered within 2-3 days after shipment): $35.00
- Next Business Day (typically delivered within 1 day after shipment): $55.00
